Wood Flooring Delivery
We deliver our flooring all over Ireland & Northern Ireland using our own vans or reliable local couriers or national logistic specialists.
Small orders of 1 to 3 packs must be collected this can be arranged from Louth, Meath or Dublin – Contact email@example.com or 0862332781.
Local orders over 3 packs will be delivered either using our own transport or via a courier – a delivery date and time will be sent with your order. If this date time does not suit your must advise us within 24hours, so a new date and time can be arranged. For larger orders we use specialist hauliers who will deliver your floor on a pallet by kerbside delivery. Your order will be brought as close as possible to your entrance. Unfortunately, couriers/hauliers are not allowed to unpack your order and bring it inside for you, so please ensure that you are available to receive your delivery and bring it inside. Disposal of all waste packaging is the customer's responsibility. If possible it is recommended to recycle cardboard and wood waste. Please ensure you are available for your delivery on the arranged day. Failure to accept the goods can result in extra charges.
Access for Deliveries
Please ensure that your address has clear access for delivery vehicles before ordering. Narrow lanes and low bridges can cause problems for bulky goods delivery vehicles. If you are not sure please contact us and we can advise you.
When we deliver using our own drivers we may be able to offer a doorstep service where we will bring the floor to your front door and when possible inside your home. Please note we will only bring the floor to a downstairs room/area.
Accepting/Checking Your Order
It is very important to check your order is complete, correct and also look for any signs of damage before accepting your delivery. If you spot any damage or missing/incorrect items, please accept the delivery and mark this on the delivery docket detailing what is damaged or incorrect, take photographs where possible. We can then rectify the problem quickly. Regrettably, we are only able to replace any damaged items that have been signed for as damaged.
Once you have signed for a delivery, it then becomes your property. We can accept no further responsibility for items once they have been delivered to the customer's address and signed for. For this reason, you must be available to receive and check your delivery and then store it safely upon receipt.
While we do make every effort to ensure our deliveries arrive on their estimated date, due to circumstances that can be beyond our control, we cannot always guarantee that your order will arrive on the arranged day. We recommend that you do not arrange fitters until your goods have been delivered and checked. In the rare event that a delivery does not arrive on the arranged day, we will arrange a suitable alternative day for you.
Returns For Online Purchases
We are sure that you will be very happy with your floor, but if for any reason the floor does not meet your expectations we can, of course, accept returns on orders excluding Bespoke Flooring or Discounted Flooring. Please note on certain floors a restocking fee may be applicable, for more information contact firstname.lastname@example.org prior to purchasing.
To be eligible to return a floor, you must notify us by email within 7 days of receiving the floor that you would like to return it. The delivery must arrive with us no later than 30 days after it was delivered to you. We will not be liable for the cost of carriage for the return of the goods by you. All goods must be returned in their original packaging, unopened in a perfect resaleable condition.
